Refunds and Exchanges 

 

If there is a problem with your order, contact us by email (we do not take phone calls) within 24 hrs. receiving it. We want you to be happy with your new piece, cherishing if for years to come, but cannot give refunds on custom orders unless the mistake, ie. spelling, is ours.

All components of your necklace are under warranty for 45 days from the date of purchase. Should your jump rings loosen or chains break from normal wear and tear during this time frame we will replace them for you free of charge. **After that period there will be a minimal fee to replace broken/loosened components, or lost birthstones.** Pieces sent back for repair will be inspected, polished and all components checked and tightened before being returned.

We send "Care and Cleaning" instructions with each order. Our jewelry is NOT waterproof...so do not wear it while bathing, swimming, in hot tubs, etc. And most of the metals we use do tarnish. Use the polish pad we included with your order. Need more? You will find them in our shop.

 

**We cannot replace or fix orders until we have the original piece in our studio. We will reimburse the return shipping charges if the mistake was our fault.***

Please be very clear on the order in which you list names/words. I fulfill these custom pieces exactly as you indicate on the form.

Chains are guaranteed for 30 days from receipt of your hand stamped necklace. If your chain
breaks within 30 days, email us.  After that, replacement chains may be
purchased a la carte in our shop.


Domestic Shipping

**Please note: Make sure the "ship to"  address on your Paypal account is correct. That is where your item ships to.**

We ship USPS Priority for $9,  no matter how many items.

Please allow 2-4 weeks from the time payment has   cleared for
shipment.  It may be longer during peak times, ie. Holidays, Mother’s
Day, etc,  Let us know when you need the item.    

We are unable to control how long the post office takes to deliver your order
once it leaves our studio

You have the option of insuring your package at time of purchase, and it is highly recommended.  Once we ship your package, we are not responsible if your package gets lost, or if it takes longer to get to you than the USPS guidelines say.  They DO lose packages from time-to-time. We are not responsible for lost packages.

International Shipping

We  ship International Priority for  $20,  flat rate,  no matter how
many items  you order. We are unable to track international orders once
they leave the USA.

*****PLEASE NOTE: We cannot control how fast the usps gets your package to you NOR are we responsible if the USPS takes longer than its guidelines say******

 

Jewelry Care

Your new jewelry should be stored in a plastic ziplock bag to avoid tarnishing.Sterling silver tarnishes from humidity, heat, moisture, lotions, etc. Use the polish pad we included with your order. More are available in our A La
Carte section.

Avoid using polish creams, dips, or liquids  which will remove the oxidization. Do not spray your jewelry with perfume or sunscreen. Apply all lotions and fragrances before putting on jewelry and allow to dry first. Remove your jewelry before
swimming, showering, and sleeping to avoid unnecessary wear on your jewelry. Protect your jewelry from vigorous activity or harsh cleaning chemicals.

 

When can I expect my jewelry?

It normally takes 2-3 weeks….often sooner, except during peak seasons
of Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father's Day…..when it may take
longer.    We do offer rush order shipping available for $25 at
checkout.  This fee guarantees your order to leave our studio in  2-3
business days of placing your order.  These will ship USPS Priority 
Domestic  or International.   We are unable to track International
Orders once they leave the USA.  We are not responsible for any
additional tariff or  customs charges.

 

Will the letters be perfect?

For our Hand Stamped pieces, each letter is individually stamped, one-at-a-time.  No two pieces will ever be the same. Letter placement and spacing will NOT be perfect. This is not a defect. It is what gives hand stamped jewelry its unique look.  Letters, numerals, etc. are not always perfectly aligned.  Spacing and darkening may vary, as well as the 'depth' of the letters stamped. These are features that make your piece a true One-Of-A-Kind, handcrafted custom design.

 

Our newly added Engraved Pieces will have more uniformity! Darkening will not fade with time, as will Hand Stamped pieces.


Can you stamp on the back of the discs?

For our Hand Stamped pieces, we cannot. However, for our new Engraved Collection, we can. Contact us and ask before ordering for pricing.


I'm unhappy with the chain length I ordered. Can I exchange it?

Yes. Just send it back to us with a Self-Addressed-Stamped Envelope with a
note explaining what size you’d like to exchange it for. 16” and 18”
chains are no extra charge. There is an additional  $5.00 charge for the 20”.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards via Paypal.

 

This is a gift. Will you include a note from me?

Can I call you?

We do business via email only. At this time, we do not have the man-power for taking orders, questions via phone.
